We can't be more happy with our Solicitor, Dilan. She helped us with the purchase of a house in Manchester and the whole process took 3.5 months as they have estimated up front. She was always responsive and just a phone call away. I heard disappointing stories from our friends' experiences with their solicitors but our was always responsive even if when she hadn't got the chance for our application or when there was no update.

This meant a lot to us and she managed to complete right on-time with no unnecessary delay. Note that the property is freehold. I totally recommend them and their costing was even a little bit cheaper than our other quotes.
