Even during covid my emails are being responded to the same day. It would be nice to have phone support, but that's my only complaint. The service runs in the background all year anyway though so it's really only at renewal time that there's a lot of back and forth sorting changes. So yes, I would recommend even for a smaller more niche firm like mine. (Estate Planning in Scotland.)
