Newport Office Rang to arrange appointment with solicitor who specialises in Dispute resolution related issues. Was told no one available but I should leave a voicemail. But. they had a new phone system and not all solicitors had updated their voicemail introduction. So, I left a message for "number 49". No call returned. Left it a week, and rang again. Explained the issue to receptionist who ASSURED ME that someone would call back. No call returned, so gone elsewhere. If this is their level of service, I would be very wary of using them.

I wouldn't use these. They let me down so badly I attempted suicide. 2 solicitors fo an open and shut case, they lost files then didn't tell me the one in charge of my case was leaving & then the one in charge took over, promised the earth & dragged everything out. I'm only now realising too late how badly I was treated especially by Mr Belevere who was actually quite aggressive during our last phoncall. Made me very unwell for

It's all about the money at Harding evans. care of people or the situations they find themselves in when other solicitors go rouge is absolutely none existent and I can say this about Jessica bowman & Craig court who both led with money. When its you doing the work of the law firms tho they soon go stupid when you mention you are charging them for the work they should of been doing.
I will say It certainly comes to something when these high paid robots have no care for their fellow humans and will lie their way through it. and before anyone at the firm mentions the lying then a solicitors job is to lie. a solicitor is bound by law to act and protect the interests of the client no-matter what or you don't get paid and it may not be in those words but we all know money talks and that high society does NOT believe in equality and will do whatever they can to widen the gap regardless of the traumatic experiences they create. my advice is to avoid especially Mr court.

We used Harding Evans recently for a Clinical Negligence case. The case took a while, which was only to be expected with the nature of the case, but we were so pleased with their services. Justin Chisnall and his team were absolutely brilliant. They kept us informed and up to date and answered any queries we had quickly and efficiently. They put as at ease throughout the whole process. We can not thank them enough and would not hesitate to recommend their company.

Critical: Quality, Responsiveness I would never use this firm again, I had Rachael James, from start to finish was terrible very slow and unresponsive. Took 7 months to get to completion. Then wasn't even told when exchange took place or when completion actually was. I had to call the office to find out. Was always having to chase them for any information. Avoid

I strongly advise not to use this firm. Documentation you receive is full of mistakes, managing H&E's progress on your case becomes your second job, for which you will end up paying. They are expensive, quite slow, and the communication is nearly nonexistent. Out of respect to your time, nerves and money, avoid this firm, you will find no advice here.

Jamie Beese was amazing! Very responsive to emails and calls, and professional with our house sale and onward purchase. If it wasn't for the hard work that Jamie put in we wouldn't have met the Stamp duty deadline - we went right up to 4pm on the 30th June to exchange and complete, which our buyers were very happy about. Without Jamie's determination this would never have happened as the other parties involved appeared to give up! Well done Jamie we would highly recommend you to anyone for conveyancing.

My cousin and I have put in our offers around the same time. I am the only one who didn't have a chain. My cousin has moved and is doing work on her house. My Aunt on St. Patricks day put her offer and moves June 4th all in London. Yet my solicitor can't still give we a ball park estimate for when this completion will be over. always am excuse she hasn't received xyz when I call each source they confirm she is lagging!
Since February and now we are approaching June. I am really regretting using this company. She never answers or calls back, only response to emails. I had to call to introduce myself as it had been ages since I was assigned to a solicitor and not been contacted. This is very frustrating and disappointing

I can't even begin to explain how manny issues we've had with this solicitors. If you're selling or buying a house, do not use them! Their inability to perform the simplest of tasks added 3 months on to a completion date. Strongly recommend you do not use this firm. As for the lady on reception, you are, quite frankly one of the rudest individuals I have ever encountered, I was impressed at how much so. Unfortunately and regrettably a very negative review however this was my experience.

I had to initiate contact with this firm several times over two weeks before getting a response. The paralegal that spoke to me was very polite and understanding, and despite not being able to provide me a service directly, (after receiving more information) she offered to contact her colleagues to see if they would be able to provide the specific civil litigation I needed. Worth contacting nonetheless.
