Services
Our team pride themselves on their sensitivity and diligence when it comes to working with individuals and families. We understand that legal processes can be stressful for some individuals. That's why we will always be on hand to guide you through procedures with compassion, every step of the way.
For most people, buying a new home, or selling an existing home can be one of the most stressful times in their life. That's why our solicitors ensure our clients understand every stage of the process - minimising delays, whilst keeping costs down. Our solicitors work directly with our clients, their estate agent, lenders and anyone else involved in the process, taking away the burden of having to deal with multiple parties. If you require expert legal advice from one of our friendly and efficient solicitors, contact us today.
Our family law solicitors understand that the breakdown of a relationship can be one of the most traumatic periods of anyone's life. Naturally, those going through a divorce will be concerned about financial and property arrangements and how the break-up may affect any children in the relationship.
Our Wills and Probate solicitors have a wealth of experience advising on Wills, as well as the preparation and ongoing management of trusts, and administering estates on death. If a Will isn't written, the estate is left in the hands of the law. A professionally drafted Will offers peace of mind and helps ensure someone's wishes are reflected after they have passed.

Really worst service ever. We had a lot to deal with and they made it very stressful. Our estate agent and the buildeer didn't want to deal with them at all.

Worst service ever received by this firm especially Abigail. We are first time buyers and she made the process stressful and was so unprofessional to the point our estate agent refused to work with her as she was so rude to him on the phone. We had to change solicitors mid process which was not great. The rest of the solicitors at this firm may be ok but avoid Abigail at all costs.

Will Harvey at Photiades dealt with our sale and purchase. Will did an amazing job on our sale which was not a standard sale. Would definitely recommend.

Dealt with Simon Foxcroft from Photiades for a house boundary dispute. He was very knowledgeable, professional, courteous and efficient. We communicated with each other mostly by email. We were very pleased with his efforts, empathy, advice, understanding and support in resolving the matter over a period of 4 months. He was also very meticulous and articulate.

It all resulted in an amicable resolution between both parties, after a site visit with us and the other party concerned and finally a boundary agreement was drawn up by him to send off to Land Registry. We highly recommend him. Thank you Simon! The accounts dept could've been more organised and efficient when settling payments by phone.

Wasted my time. I was trying to get a document notarized urgently. Jonathon Cox said he emailed me telling me that he had decided not to help me but I never received this email - very suspicious. He wasted valuable time when I was already anxious about the urgency. And why did he not want to do notarize my form? Because the form is one that I must fill in by hand and didn't already have my name on it!?

For some unclear reason, he was not comfortable with me filling in my own name next to where I sign it?! I have to provide my passport with my name on so I'm not sure what he thought could go wrong!

I have recently brought my first property and the service we received from Photiades, Stuart I'm particularly was phenomenal. We felt safe in his hands and from start to finish and were amazed with the professionalism. Stuarts communication with us was great, we would highly recommend Stuart and his services.

I used this firm for conveyancing when selling my house. Will Harvey provided an excellent service and I would recommend him and the firm.

I was very disappointed with the service I received from this firm. I opted to use photiades after a quick google search, they happened to be one of the first on the list. My request was some very simple paper work. Literally just a form that needed to be completed by a solicitor. Unfortunately I found I had to chase David to get it completed after he 'missed' the initial email from my former employer and there were silly mistakes like sending files to incorrect emails. It's was very frustrating as I had a deadline to adhere to.

Brilliant. Will Harvey, in particular, was excellent. He was both friendly and efficient and made moving house a very easy process. Photiadies also did my mothers will and she was very happy with the service. I would highly recommend.

In my opinion Photiades gave me absolutely awful service. I found them to be completely unresponsive to my communications, and when I visited the office personally my contact there Stuart Wilkins was dressed in shorts and t-shirt and no shoes, which is not exactly what I was expecting from a solicitor working on a serious matter for me of the legal work around my purchase of a new property. However, what really makes me believe this firm is absolutely abysmal is the fact they sent me a communication (in what I considered was a very threatening tone) going up against me on a matter between myself and Abbey Estates, and at a time when they were still representing me on another matter (which is highly unprofessional for a solicitor firm to do)!

I noted when visiting Stuart Wilkins that he seems to be a golf buddy of the owner of Abbey Estates, Gary Whittaker, judging by the photo on his wall, which perhaps explains why I received such a communication from Photiades, which came from the e-mail address of a junior individual at their firm, and was unsigned; I felt it was sent to try and intimidate me, but fortunately I had solid legal advice on my side and ultimately got an apology from a partner at Photiades, who backed down and said the firm would play no further part in the matter, but the damage was already done in terms of how I view the firm and I would not recommend them in any circumstances.
