Warner Goodman dealt with the sale of our old flat and purchase of a new home in a very professional and, considering the circumstances, timely manner. To go from initial conversations to standing in our new home in just 3 months, a mere 3 days before Christmas Eve, was no small achievement. Very disappointed with the service, wish had gone elsewhere. No updates or feedback unless chased, unless payment required then strangely plenty of communication. Sent on a wild goose chase to get bank statements that included my 90 year old father having to visit his bank on a 2 hour round trip. Despite requesting these documents, when supplied, told these would not be sufficent and different information then requested - appalling.

I came to these guys on quite short notice at the top of a chain asking for miracles to be performed. I wasn't the easiest client in the world but we sure do appreciate all that Kiri and Sophie did for us. We paid an additional fee to have our timescales met and I feel they did everything in there power to ensure this happened. Recommended Kiri Saunders-Brown for conveyancing by a close friend. We can confirm that our friend's recommendation is spot on. Kiri is available and approachable on the phone to talk through any query. She simplifies things and is risk averse making us feel in very safe hands. Deadlines were stuck to enabling us to save thousands by avoiding the stamp duty holiday. Conveyancing the sale of an Essex property amongst the rush brought about by the end of the Stamp Duty holiday had a good chance of complications. To my surprise however the whole process (from my viewpoint) ran very smoothly and to schedule. From my initial approach to WG to completion I was kept fully informed of progress. Direct access to the solicitor (Kiri) for non routine aspects was invaluable and without delay. Well done all who were involved (Kiri, Sophie and Jessica); your friendly and professional manner has been greatly appreciated.

I asked for specific advice regarding spousal maintenance as I was unable to continue to pay. I was advised to contact a barrister. Not sure how I could pay for that. Was charged over 200 just to be told they didn't want the case.and prepare a neat note for court. which I always have done. The legal profession is incestuous.and hardly a profession to be proud of in my opinion.
