Wouldn't recommend based on most recent family experience. Communication incredibly poor and what is a simple conveyancing chain has taken way above the usual anticipated time frame.

I can't speak highy enough of Sanders Witherspoon, especially Jaswinder Vetch. She has worked tirelessly and empathetically with completely my interests at heart. I recommend without exception this brilliant team.

I've been working with Tim Hardwicke and his team (Caitlyn, Amanda & Vicky) for the last year on a personal claim and I must say, it's been an amazing experience for me. Not happy at all I first left a message to be contacted for civil litigation. No one replied to me. So I call and got through to civil litigation team. Spoke to a solicitor about my concerns, he said send everything to me to read. I am still waiting for a return call to discuss. Very poor company to deal with.

I suffered a car accident in 2018 where I was hit in the rear by a driver going at speed. The other side said that I wasn't injured because the collision was light even though there was considerable damage to my car. My solicitors closed their file and to say I was disappointed was an understatement. I was recommended a company called Sanders Witherspoon LLP.

I dealt with a guy (solicitor) called Tim who was thorough and professional throughout it all and kept me up to date all the way through. I went through the accident and told Tim what happened and my whiplash. He asked me how much damage there was to my car and I told him and the costing to rectify it all. He said the allegations had no basis and took my file on.

I achieved settlement I was very happy with just 5 months later. More than pleased with the outcome considering I was left out of pocket and having to deal with a bad neck for several weeks. I couldn't recommend Tim Hardwicke and his staff enough. If I need any help in the future these will be my first port of call 10/10

Recently had an accident in which I was hit in the rear of my car. Suffered with neck pains and as the other motorist was uninsured I didn't think I would get any compensation. I'm happy to report that I've just received some money through Tim and Vicky's hard work dealing with the MIB (not will smith). Was kept up to date throughout the process with no issues whatsoever. Would recommend to anyone with similar circumstance to mine to use these guys
