We are a modern progressive law firm based in Beckenham with traditional views on client care, value for money and a quality service. The practice has more than trebled in size since it started in 1982 and now has over 50 staff. The partners place high value on their staff and the firm recently gained the Investor In People award. The majority of our work is of a commercial nature and some of our business clients are well known national names. We have our accreditation with the key specialist panels: the Law Society Family Law, the Child Abduction Panel, The Child Abduction Lawyers' Association (CALA), Reunite International, Resolution. We are also accredited by the French and American Embassies. Child Abduction is becoming a more frequent problem in a world where relationships between people of different nationalities are common-place.

Great bath set, horrid service. Paid 500 for the bath set, was ready to install it.until we find it's missing the most crucial part. the bath cradle something we can't get anywhere else for our bath. Now we are without a bath for at least 5 days while we wait for a part that should have been sent with the bath. On top of that it's costing us more money to have the plumber work an extra day over for when the cradle does arrive.
All to be told by pjh "mistakes happen". No offer to fast track delivery, no offer of reimbursement due to the increased costs they caused. No real offer of help other than sending the part out with no apologies. Through no fault of my own they have cost me more money, for a part I should have already received with my bath. Shocking and wouldn't recommend their service to anyone.

My experience was same as mattyboy816, great communication from start, call centre very politely booked by delivery initially, emails, and text messages to confirm, easy tracking system, text on day for delivery slot, driver rang before hand to advise when here, driver and drivers mate both very politely and careful brought delivery into the house, excellent service, thank you PJH,

The driver of their lorry DE67UNF, coming through our small village around a roundabout in a rush & then blocked the pedestrian crossing making it impossible for people to see if it was safe to cross at 8:15 this morning. Then impatiently attempting to over take a bus at a bus stop by forcing oncoming traffic to stop for him does little for your company. I can't stand drivers that think they own the road! A young girl missed her bus because of his selfish actions as she couldn't see around his lorry to cross the road!

Absolutely fantastic service, from my moment I placed an order with home supply retail, PJH communication was amazing! Emails straight away and an easy tracking system. Text message on the morning of delivery and also emails to say what time delivery would be. Driver called me to let me know when I would expect delivery and was extremely polite and helpful. Super company and best courier company I've dealt with, and there has been a few! Would highly recommend. 5

Horrible customer service! Ordered from heatandplumb and was meant to receive my order originally on Friday between 11am-7pm driver called me at 7am in the morning and sad he was outside the door and told me to accept the delivery although I am sure he could clearly see that it was a building site. He sad he could wait 10 min if I could get there within that time.
They called to say that they can not deliver on Friday and will deliver on Monday to which I agreed and told them that I can only accept delivery between 11am-7pm. Monday 5 pm they left me a voicemail to say that they can not deliver today as they run out of time and will deliver tomorrow. This is not a leisure shopping and I have builders waiting around for them to deliver the item. Do not order with heatandplumb if you have to deal with this company.

I have been sorely disappointed with the customer service of the this company! I have now been without an oven for two months, after it only being installed 6 months ago. After weeks finally got an engineer out to look at it, no part available so another brand new oven was delivered but now I have to wait a further 4 weeks for it to be installed. As a frequent baker for my local church and charities being without an oven for almost 3 months is ridiculous. Currently I'm supposed to be making 80 cupcakes 80 meringues and 80 scones in a week and will not have an oven to do so.

Absolutely gutted as I was waiting on a bathroom delivery and took the day off work. It never came so I called up to see if I was last delivery of the day or something. I was told that it got too late in the day to complete mine and they'd have to rearrange for 2nd August. I had to chase for this and wasn't told. I understand these things happen so come the second of August I'll come back to change my rating depending on how it goes. It does mean a second day off work though.
