Recently used Preuveneers to buy a flat, as a first time buyer I was worried about everything, I can't fault the service I received, they were very helpful and answered all of my questions. I wouldn't hesitate to use Kelly Cirillo again.

Wasn't sympathetic, I wasn't looked after, didn't even offer me a glass of water, been left waiting and when she arrived told me the cost 60 for 20 min advised for 10 min spent more time printing some paperwork for me to take.and when I asked if she can represent me she wasn't interested. All about money. Avoid at all cost if you are looking for help. No wonder they are rated 4stars they should have 1 star for processing your payment quickly.

I have used this preuveneers many time to purchase my flat in 2001 and my staircasing in 2008 even my will was done by them they are very helpful and understanding to what you need from I will be used them again as I go though my last stircasing so it will be a big thank you for your help in going though my legal business to do with my flat

I have been using Preuveneers for approximately 1 year now to try to purchase a flat, and due to various issues on the sellers' side I had to withdraw offers from two separate properties; Kelly's advice and guidance during these offers was brilliant, and after being strung along twice for 5 months on previous properties, I had to complete really quickly on the property I ended up buying.

Satbir supported me and my partner with the purchase our property. Satbir and her colleagues were incredibly helpful throughout the process and kept me informed of progress with my purchase via email and telephone which I thought was great especially during the last 1-2 months with STD holiday. Given her extensive knowledge of the process, she was great with ensuring our responses were adequate, which gave me a lot of confidence in the purchase. I would strongly recommend the service.

Having a right nightmare with this lot. Failed to exchange with them for the 2nd week in a row. They keep saying they are ready to exchange but they have not. Now they are holding the rest of my chain up causing major stress and worry! They take 24 hours to respond to emails where are my solicitors take 30 minutes, they don't give us regular. updates if they are waiting for anything.

And don't respond to calls. The people I am buying off are pressured with the stamp duty deadline, and I've already had to delay twice an urgent medical trip abroad. I have had enough!

Having been through this process several times, I have found it very difficult often due to slow turn around to process paperwork, lack of knowledge, difficult get in touch on the phone or respond to emails and poor attention to detail. This was certainly not the case with Mrs Sethi at Preuveneers LLP. While the other party often took weeks to respond, Mrs Sethi would generally respond in a few hours. Hugely knowledgeable, very proactive and always accessible. Highly recommended. Easily the best experience I have had with this process.

Satbir helped me through the process of purchasing a new house. She, and her colleagues, were extremely helpful throughout the entire process. What I appreciated most was the personal touch: regular updates over the phone and timely responses to emails. I never felt out of the loop. Honest and reliable, a sheer delight. 5 stars

Mrs Sethi at Pruneveers dealt with our conveyancing on a few occasions and I have found her level of service to be exceptional. I found the team to also be easily accessible, including Gwen. The receptionist lady was always very welcoming. I also felt the level of communication was very good. Thank you to Mrs Sethi and her team.

Our conveyancer was slow and sloppy which resulted in several issues during our purchase, including sensitive documentation being sent to the wrong address and incorrect identity checks only being noticed two months after they were completed. We found that the advice provided was rambling and unclear, and the excuses for slow progress or delays were dubious.

That being said, both partners were helpful when we escalated our issues and worked to rectify mistakes after an otherwise arduous process. It should never have needed to get to that though. We cannot recommend using Preuveneers for conveyancing work based on our experience. (This Conveyancing work took place between November 2019 and February 2020.)
