This is the first time i've used Visa HQ and I am very disappointed. I wanted to get a Singapore tourist visa through them as thought i could definitely get an appointment at the embassy through them. On their website, it said there was a 8 week appointment wait time at the embassy so i called them to find out more about it and they told me go ahead and apply early and they can sort out the appointment for me.

So I applied and for a whole month they kept saying a visa agent hasn't been assigned to my order and soon as they are, they will contact me. They kept telling me not to worry. In the end when i spoke to them again today and raised my concern, they said they have been trying to get my appointment but as you know there is 8 week wait. Up until this point they kept saying they're waiting for a visa agent to be assigned and then they changed their story.

After this conversation, I received an email to say that my order has been cancelled. I called them asking what's happening and they said they can't get an appointment in time for me before i have to fly out. I applied well in time for them to get me an appointment and because NO ONE looked at my order and no visa specialist was assigned to it, they couldn't get me the appointment.

I got in touch with the embassy after this and thankfully they said i can email them 4 weeks before i have to fly out for an appointment. Please do not use VisaHq, they are a complete waste of time! Just go straight to the embassy of you can and it's a lot cheaper.

My company decided to use visahq for corporate consular services. I was asked to apply for an India visa through them and the whole experience was very painful. Here are some of my complaints - the inital webform used to complete your details is very badly designed and covered in spelling errors, which doesn't fill me with confidence from the start. - they did not advise my company that we also needed a cert of incorporation which caused more delay to add this to the doc stack. - They did not advise us properly on how to address the India consulate in our letters. - I was asked to drop off my passport at their London office which is not their office - it's a shared space that anyone can enter.

The front desk receptionist offered to take my passport and docs from me but I said with all due respect I would like to give them directly to visahq. - communications by phone is very poor, they have outsourced their call centre to a bunch of offshore guys who clearly just open a ticket and give updates. It was very hard to get to anyone close visahq. - when u do call they give out all your details without going through any kind of security.

You just need the order number and they are happy give out all sorts of information. - Their support email is not properly setup and disallowed me from contacting them as they have not set up thieir anti spam systems properly to allow legitimate company's like our to send. However the worst part though was that I didn't get a clear message about how to collect my visa and passport once it was issued despite multiple (desperate) messages as I was travelling less than 24 hrs later.

And then to cap it all I turned up at their shared office hoping it might be there and was asked my surname by the shared office receptionist. He then gave me an envelope with my passport in there was no security, noone checked my photo etc. Shocking security processes and a very unprofessional way of working means I will be recommending my company look to an alternative partner for consular services.

Requested a Business visa for India and I am still waiting three weeks later. No sign of my passport being returned yet. You cannot contact them as they do not answer the phone nor do they answer emails as their email address states its full. I recommend to stay well clear of these shisters as they do not deliver on time.

I rarely write reviews. Visahq has a very complicated service, they outsource the call centre who they try their best but they don't have any information except that they will ask "The Office" for more information. I was communicating with an agent "Angelica" by email who advised me to send my passport along with the application form, the same day she went on leave and since then it has been a nightmare getting any information. until Today I don't know what happened to my passport, I already paid the passport office for the premium fast service, and Visahq advised to pay them 100 and I keep asking them on how to pay (cash, card or transfer) but no answer to my emails and no one knows where are my documents.

I have the proof of delivery as I used a courier service. I used them 6 years ago for a visa to Cambodia and their service was great at that time, but this time it is very disappointing.

This company is a scam. my wife applied for a visa they took the application online and then cancelled it. we sent them our documents and they misplaced my wife' s bio metric residence card. Staff does not know what they are doing. different people will give you different information. i went to their office and there is nothing there. they use rented co workers desk. please make sure you do not use this company. they are not helpful and trained at all. total wastage of time.

To be honest if you have all your required documentation to apply for visa through VisaHQ, trust me within 24 to 72 hours you will be sorted, I met a lady who was really helpful with me Maria, am sorry I had to mention your name, really am extremely grateful for all ur help thank you so much

I wish I can give them 0 star. It a big scam. I beg you please don't use visahq. The employee don't have a clue of what is going on. I applied for a UAE visa and they told me it would take 7 days but today is the 9th days and still no response from them. I went to the office and they had no clue what is going on. Dont waste your money using them.

I have never dealt with a more complicated service. THEY ARE A SCAM. DO NOT USE. My husband applied for a visa and paid the full cost and delivery charge online prior to sending out documents. Checking the delivery status we see that the documents were received the next day. Online it states the visa and passport will be returned to us within 3-4 business days.

So after it wasn't we tried to call the office but the 2 lines kept going dead after a few rings. There is an online chat which they advise you to use, it's useless. After a few days my husband received a random email from someone working at VisaHQ demanding that the visa would be processed but only if he paid an additional 100! After having already paid 160 I found this disgraceful, there was no explanation as to why.

We have tried to call and email them but we are getting no response. And now have no way of getting his passport and other important documents back. NEVER USE. I wouldn't even give them 1 star.

Visa HQ were incredibly helpful in getting my dad's visa sorted in time for his cruise. Their online web chat service allowed me to have an experienced adviser at hand every step of the way. I can't recommend their services enough. They never shied away from my questions and were kind and professional at all times. Having never used an online visa service like this before, being able to drop off and pick up my documents in person at their office made me feel assured that they were a legitimate company! I'd give more stars if I could! Thanks guys, you were amazing! Totally recommending you!
