My solicitor Dinuka has been very helpful throughout my court case that went on for over three years. She took over the case for me after three previous solicitors failed me and she took it over right in the middle of the court case. She was always very helpful and quick to respond to any queries I had. She would explain all of the processes to me and what each part of the court case meant and would always answer my questions or concerns. Ridiculously unprofessional. No response, promised a call back on several occasions and they couldn't even manage that. Don't waste your time. I did. Follow up - still no call back and initially apologetic, but quickly rescinded and subsequently attempted to alleviated themselves from responsibility re their woeful service. Claiming not to have a record of my contact information.

It's my fault then I suppose. Not the conduct one would desire when looking to instruct a solicitor. I'd rather not have that phone call I was promised now, thank you very much.
