I have used this solicitors now on four occasions in the last 12 years. Following the completion of a sale yesterday it was time to provide a review. I would recommend this solicitors for conveyancing due to their sound advice, communication of clear updates and a good feeling of professionalism. If I were to judge it against my buyers solicitors who seemed to be muddled with their paperwork then I would recommend Chancellors Lea Brewer over others where you get more of a personal experience.

Their record keeping is precise and they have managed everything with minimal dwell time which has enabled the case to go through as quick as possible. I will be using them again for sure.

I asked someone who they used for a Discretionary Trust will & they said this firm. But.from day one, I did not find the reception helpful or friendly, the solicitor was brusque (this was a free 15 minute interview)and said she would write to me. Nothing happened for weeks. i rang and no one could speak to me. The details were finally handed to a junior and I just got sent options of wills. i decided not to use them for sheer inefficiency and then 2 months later I got a bill from them for 435.

What for? One letter? Fighting this would have been disastrous knowing their attitude so i paid it very reluctantly and went elsewhere and got a better deal and service. Not recommended.,
