Jacksons Jacksons Solicitors have been providing legal services to private and business clients both locally in Fordingbridge, across the New Forest and nationwide for over 200 years. David qualified as a solicitor in 1981 and following working for a large firm of solicitors for a couple of years after qualification and then for a couple of years as a solicitor working for a large property developer, he has since worked in Fordingbridge. David has, for many years, practiced and has expertise in the various forms of conveyancing to include residential, property development and commercial properties. He also has expertise in dealing with the various forms of leases, to include residential and commercial.

We deal with all aspects of conveyancing including, buying, selling and leasing properties. We provide our services both locally in Fordingbridge and the New Forest area, and also across England and Wales - and for international clients. I am really not one to leave any negative reviews, but if starting again I would want others honest opinions when choosing a solictor to help purchase/ sell a property. This was a purchase of my first home and I feel very let down by the services I received by Bonallack and Bishop. I understand this is a very busy time for all solicitors. However there was very little communication which resulted in me having to call and email countless times.

I felt when I did speak to our solictor she was very abrupt and unhelpful. We agreed an exchange date and then at gone 5 o'clock did not recieve a call or email. It then rolled over to the next day to which I again received no communication so I had to chase again. We did not recieve any communication about the process or what happens, as a first time buyer this was very important to me.

We recieved an email at 7pm requesting signed forms which needed to be hand delivered to allow an exchange the following day. Which then meant further delay. On the day of completion we did not recieve any communication- we heard directly through third party (our buyers that everything was complete) then recieved a call from the estate agent to collect the keys- still no communication from our solictor.

We did not recieve any breakdown of pricing, a breakdown of our sale what money was left, breakdown of solicitors fees and what money was to be returned until I had to Chase again. I really would not reccomend Bonallack and Bishop and would reccomend using an alternative company. Charlene Handyside.

I cannot express how brilliant these solicitors are! This is the second time we have used Bonnalack and Bishop, but the first time working with Chris and Claudia. From the very beginning and to the end they have been providing great advice and service. Both Chris and Claudia were easy to get hold of, and on the odd occasion they were on the phone we left a message with someone else & they would call or email us straight back.

Our sale / purchase was not easy nor quick, the solicitors that Chris and Claudia had to deal with were a challenge but they pushed the sale through & in time for no stamp duty. A huge thank-you, Dave & I really appreciate it!
