They are not my solicitor, they act for my buyer. They have been excessively dilatory, blaming my solicitor for delays but I have evidence that the fault lies with them. Now they have delayed matters still further by making enquiries that don't even relate to my house! They think the house has a conservatory, it hasn't. They think the oil tank has been replaced and internal walls have been removed during my tenure, they have not.

There is more but I won't go on - it may be the surveyors fault but it is my belief that they have attributed the wrong survey to my house; how else would they think there is a conservatory when there is none?

Called to request a quote twice, didn't get back to me on either occasion.

Sean Rollinson is worth every penny. Legal advice was always on point, even if it sometimes wasn't what I wanted to hear he's managed my expectations throughout the whole process and got a brilliant outcome for us. Queries were always answered promptly and in depth and I was never let down for a court hearing or phone-call with replacement representation. My experience with this firm is with the Llangollen office. They seem to only communicate via e-mail and that itself is very erratic and on occasion emails meant for other people are sent by mistake. I have been able to contact them by phone or in person so took my business elsewhere.

Called a month ago for help and they said it'd 270 per hour which I said yes that's OK the reception said the solicitor will call you so I give them all my details but still waiting for a call so I called Allington Hughes solicitors which was very helpful and are helping me out stay clear of ghp legal as they can't be bothered to call you back

Following a strong recommendation from my capable estate agent, I have just used the services of Lauren Blackford at GHP Legal to handle three concurrent property transactions during the pandemic, all of which had issues that complicated the sales/purchase processes. I do not suffer fools gladly so I am particularly pleased to report that Lauren (and her colleagues when she was away) was always friendly, diligent, responsive and professional, even when dealing with utter incompetence and tardiness from her opposite numbers.

I was particularly pleased to note that despite the extra issues with each property transaction, the firm kept to its quoted price, even though they probably had grounds to charge a little extra. They just ignore very important emails, how many Solicitors send out three cheques for a total of 51,000 and do not get it signed for, I would not mind but our house was just 3 miles from the office in wrexham, someone cashed the cheques and they apparently can't ask the bank where they were cashed, because of the time element involved, I have spoken to our bank and they tell me microfiche can keep data for centuries. But GHP Legal do not want to know.

Iain Hall's calmness, professionalism and expertise in dealing with a complicated property transaction was hugely valuable to me - he made a task which could have been extremely time-consuming and stressful run as though it was on rails.
