Verry good service and helpful, have used on 2 occasions, well pleased.

Whomever answers the phones needs some customer service training. They lost a client today because the lady fielding enquiries just couldn't be bothered. If you are going to huff and puff at a potential customer, at least mute your phone.

The whole team at the Hillman partnership did a great job for me for my recent house move. Caroline went though everything clearly with me at the start, always kept me up to date with what was going on and my calls and emails were always replied to in good time. Even when Caroline was off for a few days the standard of service remined the same on a personal level.

There were alot of unexpected complications with the property i purchased which was made even worse by the sellers solicitors not being very helpfull at all which was very frustating for everyone. Alot of extra time and effort had to be put in, Im very happy with the how everything was handled and with the quality of service and we are now happily living in our new home. I would recomend the Hillman Partnership to everyone.

Caroline, Rob and the team did a great job in helping us buy our first home. Would highly recommend. Caroline was extremely thorough and explained everything well.

Caroline and Rob went above and beyond and I cannot recommend them more highly. Caroline moved us 25 years ago, hence why we returned. She turned things around at the last minute when we hit a tricky moment, but dealt with it so swiftly. We would not hesitate in using Caroline again.

Very helpful to begin with but then charged unnecessary fees and were very hard to contact, didn't respond to emails, phone calls and made the whole process of acquiring a solicitor more stressful than the need for the solicitor. I wouldn't recommend however other reviews here state good experience.

Recommended by a friend, Nick Buckley did a great job with both of our company's lease agreement and my personal conveyancing. Reasonable pricing compared to the extra work he had to put in as well. Thoroughly recommended.

I contacted Pooleys when taking over the lease of a shop. They very really helpful and managed to get the lease assigned negotiating with the lease holder and the landlord. Great service, thoroughly recommend.

I used Pooleys for the purchase of my current house and i could not recommend them enough, everything was made very clear and explained in layman's terms, the process was very strait forward and we had completed in next to no time. the solicitor we used (Mr. Giles ) was very professional and pleasant to work with.

Very poor communication and client care. I had a pre-arranged meeting, but I arrived to be told that it was cancelled and that I should see another one of the solicitors. I was then informed that the services would cost 4 times the rate quoted on the phone in advance, despite having been very clear and explicit about my requirements previously. A poor experience overall.
