Debbie Pearce dealt with our conveyancing etc for our recent move and I have nothing but praise for Debbie - she went way above and beyond her remit when I was going through a particularly bad time, checking I was ok, reassuring me that she was always there if I needed her (she was) and this was all outside of the conveyancing work. I dont know how I would have got through those months without Debbie, and indeed her colleague from Sheringham, and would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending her and her colleagues.

Whilst we have used Hayes + Storr over many years for both family and commercial matters, we have watched them grow from a modest office to a substantially-resourced and highly-professional team. Our recent experience has been in preparing Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney. We had wondered about completing these by ourselves using simple-seeming online forms, and thank goodness we didn't.

These can often be, and in our case definitely proved to be, more complex once we got into the weeds, and would have proved entirely inadequate, probably;y dangerously so. First class service from Fiona Hewitt, at H+S solicitors in Fakenham, where at long last made the effort to update our joint Wills. Completed in a very short time, and at a very reasonable cost indeed. This lady solicitor not only fully understood exactly what our wishes were, but also explained in some detail all the points set out in the new Wills. Very pleased indeed with the entire affair, should have done it much sooner, before it became too late!

Dealt with probate for my father in law, absolutely awful experience would have changed solicitors but unfortunately they were executors as well. We had calls and E-mails that were not returned, work that was not carried out, unnecessary delays. A funeral bill that was not paid for 4 1/2 months! Raised complaints and these were not really dealt with adequately enough. I would not recommend these solicitors to my worst enemy. A really awful stressful experience, especially at a very emotional time.
