Service is of extremely poor standard. Assessment of cases are that i would expect of business with poor legal skills. Recommend you look elsewhere. Save yourself the disappointment and get represented appropriately.

My wife and I received excellent service from Graysons and Alicia Mate in particular. She was professional, quick to respond and was helpful at all stages of our process. Highly recommended.

Katie Birch gave us excellent advice about changes to our wills and legal power of attorney. She dealt with the paper work efficiently I have only removed one* because I thought the fees were on the high side as there were few changes to our previous wills with Graysons.

Recently had our Wills updated and my wife and myself also decided to have LPA, s Alicia did a great job in explaining the process and principles and organising things for us, a first class experience for a what can be a complex situation.

I used Graysons a few years ago to handle a house title transfer; included in the process were several furniture items and my removal from the mortgage. They dealt with the case professionally, keeping me updated on email and in person when necessary. The whole process was what I'd expect from a solicitor; I recommend their services and would use them again. It pays to know that these processes take time; have patience and trust in the professionals handling the file; it'll all work out when the time is right.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Absolutely terrible service from start to finish. Avoid at all costs. Possibly the slowest conveyancing process in the country. Zero communication and completely incompetent, will happily string you along for weeks at a time with no real progress.

For property issues I will never go anywhere else from now.
