Critical: Professionalism, Quality I am a buyer. They are a solicitors of the sellers. Offer accept 7.01.2021. Getting contract pack18.03. so it's take them 2.5 months. First class service from Lee Hunter. We were extremely impressed with Lee's warm and professional manner. Nothing was too much trouble and the work was very reasonably priced.

Our first visit and we were pleased with our meals. However it was all a bit rushed as we were still finishing our desserts when we were asked if we would like the bill. We waited just a couple of minutes to meet our friends in the lobby of the hotel which is very spacious with seating far apart. Even though no one else was in apart from staff congregating behind the desk we were told we couldn't sit there without a mask but we could sit one seat away in the crowded bar without a mask. Common sense should have prevailed by the staff.

AVOID! If you are paying for the service, please look elsewhere. If you have legal aid. Please go elsewhere. Failed to turn up when required. Unable to work out legal aid. Not able to produce documentation when requested. Attempted to pay outstanding fees but not able to produce VAT invoices or any invoices at all. But very quick to send chasing letters for funds.

Foyes solicitors are helpful, polite. And efficient. I used them when i sold my previous house and when I purchased my new house. When I did my will. I would not go anywhere else.

Following my flat sale over 4 months ago (7 December 2018) I'm still waiting on the release of funds retained by Foy's property solicitor. Accounts on property were confirmed as balanced and with no arrears by property management company on 4 January 2019. I'm waiting on 797 and my solicitor has been chasing ever since!

I have personally used and also recommended Melanie Penney at the Worksop branch on numerous occasions. Melanie's professionalism and knowledge is next to none and makes you really at ease during what can be an emotionally stressful and destressing time. No question is too small and she really does make you feel comfortable and explains everything so precisely and clearly that she takes away any confusion which may arise.

I will continue to recommend Melanie to anyone who requires help in relation to wills, probate and any LPA issues they may have and would not hesitate to use her again if the need arises.
