The only decent thing they did was remove my data when i requested it, other than that i am back to square one with a painful back, cant crouch without pain guess ill be living with it for another 2 years and beyond thanks to them and their sheer lack of either belief or sheer greed, i don't think its about helping people to this firm it's about lining pockets which is a disgrace and i am totally happy to stand up and share my experience with this company. Tread carefully please and don't allow them to give you any false hope like they did me. Edit.

This is in conjunction to the response given below. I actually wasn't given appropriate time to gather everything evidence etc that i needed to proceed and suffering from aspergers i had previously had support with this kind of thing so not only did i not receive patience but i didn't receive any help getting my information across to your solicitor.

So there was no understanding in place whatsoever, If there had been then you would have been more than aware of the fact id already followed the complaint procedure. This is why i resorted to going through a solicitor in the first place, this was many months ago, the situation is still ongoing and i have been ignored by my gp practice for months now as well as lied to and blocked.

So i guess their unprofessional behaviour and treatment towards me is acceptable, but in a nutshell. You have condescended yourselves in your response below, and i did not have the ability to give everything you needed before i was thrown under a bus. Thank you.

Mine was a slightly more complicated one, but I couldn't have been in better hands. The ladies that have handled my case, couldn't have been more caring and compassionate. Emailed or called each step of the way so i was aware of what was going on. After a long journey, it has now been concluded and the outcome has been successful

Honestly made such a stressful situation seem easy to deal with, after a long 3 years got my desired outcome eventually, Fletchers was there when I needed them every step of the process. One of the worst service I received form them. They will tell you at the first place they will do everything about the claims but it will take longs time to handle the claim because you never know how many people will come to handle a single claim and have to provide the documents and answer again and again. Myself I have to collect the documents from Local GP to support the claim although they were repressible to do it.

Do be agree at first place to give them the claim because they have the change the so called success fee although you know you claim will be successful. Initially I agreed to pay 25% from injury but later they told me it is from total damage, that was totally miss leading about the claim. I can not make move because I signed the paperwork and told me if you withdraw the claim, you have to pay all the legal cost because you signed the documents. Total Kos. Not recommended. Think twice before signed the document.

Very bad service and slow way to handle the claim and miss lead about the claim. It takes 2 years to complete one claim. Finally when it comes to settle the claim they will take 25% fee from your total damage although I was promised 25% from the injury and later invented they said 25% from total damage. They will get paid for everything but still will take this money. This twice before you sign the documents and give them claim. Total miss leaded and surly not recommended for future claim

Awful and avoid at all costs. No communication whatsoever, complaints fall on dead ears, case handlers go missing for months and then one day you'll get an email you have a new case handler who is just as unresponsive as the last. Complaints made to main company but fallen on dead ears. Taken 2 years and no progress made despite third party admitting liability. Would be quicker to get a degree and train myself as a solicitor to sort it out.

Critical: Value I had a medical negligence case with this firm it spanned for over 2 years, really bad experience. they let me down massively, I would not recommended for medical negligance cases that is certain promised the earth and delivered next to nothing!
