Used to use this company all the time until I got fed up with the poor service. As they had acted on my behalf in relation to a matter that needed reviewing thought I would give them another try. Should not have bothered, after talking to 2 people who hung up on me, didn't bother to call back, then spoke to solicitors secretary, who could not be bothered to take down properly what I had stated.

Then spoke to the solicitor who phoned me back quoting wrong information, who really could not be arsed to provide a service. They store a document which he had no interest in getting, wanted me to source my one as it would be easier for him. Thank heaven its my job in life to make his life easier. Of to another solicitors firm

Shockingly bad customer focus. A simple request asking them to help me obtain certified copies of legal documents met with a straightforward "that's not something we normally do". Not at all helpful, frankly rude - and that's without even asking my urgency and what I was prepared to pay! I have since spoken to more solicitors in Gosport - who are ALL more polite, more helpful and accommodating.

Would recommend these anytime. Good friendly service, and very responsive, which is a bonus in these troubled times.

We have just completed on the sale of our property using Donnelly & Elliot. The process was so smooth and painless, we just had to share our experience. Our solicitor, Anmol Ahluwalia, was outstanding from start to finish. With her calm and approachable manner combined with her professionalism, we sensed from the start that we were in good hands. Absolute shambles! Complete lack of speed and efficiency, probably two main things which you would expect form a ''professional'' solicitor. Very poor communication and customer focus. Set timescales by a solicitor were very misleading and miles from reality, which caused a lot of frustration, loss of time, earnings and huge unnecessary costs to our business. Would avoid at all costs!

Having been a client for over 20 years, my experience has been excellent. We would not keep coming back if it wasn't. From property conveyancing to general legal advice they have always provided practical and no nonsense solutions.
