Bought a house from Deans, never again, house has dozens of faults from leaky roofs to exploding toilets. Refused a second viewing which I think rather suspicious, now I know why as it may have uncovered some of the many faults. The whole thing was capped off by finding that someone had used the toilet and not flushed, probably left for some months so upon discovery the smell and mess was incredible. Deans, you must reviews homes to be sure they are of suitable standard and not a health hazard as we had to clean up this mess. The home report isn't worth the paper it is written on. Be warned.

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness Viewing scheduled at 12.30, arrived no agent, waiting 15 winutes called the office advised would contact the agent and call back, no call back, called back after 20 minutes agent MIA, no apology. Unprofessional feel sorry for the person selling the house.

2 stars as I have taken into account current pandemic restrictions or it would have been even lower. Not the cheapest by a long chalk but chose to use an estate agent with "local" knowledge - never again. Communications skills shocking, delays including on moving day and not informed at all. Only prompt response on that day was when, after attempting to contact them on all 3 numbers I had, sent an email after a day of delays and problems which stated that my patience was now wearing thin and needed to know what was happening - lo and behold the solicitor (now wondering if she is actually qualified) responded by phone within 30 seconds to say how annoyed she was at the tone of my email.

No update on situation, merely wanted to bring me to task for my email - which contained no profanity or abusive language! Says it all about this company really. Avoid avoid avoid.

We've approached various estate agents but one stood out and with the honesty, transparency, great customer care and no hidden costs gave us the best service out of all. We've got offer secured within 5 days and all transaction related to our house sale closed within a month. Deans Properties also dealt with buying our new property and in very professional way managed both transactions simultaneously. Laura the solicitor, Robby the negotiator and Amy the property consultant have done an amazing job. We highly recommend the services of this estate agent.

The worst property agency I have ever come across. Rude, arrogant, argumentative and unreliable- my dealings were with an agent called Robbie- seriously in need of customer service training. USE ANOTHER COMPANY!

Great service at the start but the after care service is shocking Refusing to help in any way And so rude hanging up calls and not calling back Had to report them to the solicitor complaints department out with the company. Will not use this company and would advise others the sales talk is what you want to hear but they must go on a training course and missed out on the customer care course. Lost my business from now and going forward.

We scheduled two different viewings, confirmed by email. On both occasions nobody was there and we had been given no prior notice of cancellation.

Absolutely a disgrace of a company. You can get better service someone else. No one cares about you at this company. If you want to speak to someone it take about an hour
