Services
Buying or selling a house is probably the most important financial transaction you will ever be involved in. Unfortunately it is also one of the most stressful - but there is no need for it to be so. Our role as Solicitors is to be at the heart of the moving process, and look after your best interests throughout.
We have a Matrimonial department which deals with family and children work, which we undertake on both a private and Legal Aid basis. Our aim is to provide a professional yet cost effective, and friendly service. Separation is distinct from a divorce in that it is an informal arrangement reached between two parties.
During your free consultation, we will assess whether you have a case worth looking into further, how to go about claiming, and how much you might claim. After the consultation, you are under no obligation to take matters further. Every year, thousands of people in this country are involved in accidents that lead to them being off work for four weeks or more, yet few ever seek legal help in connection with their accident. A claim for personal injury must be brought to Court within 3 years from the date when the accident occurred.
Am I entitled to make a Claim? It's extremely easy to answer this question. Car crash injury claims should be pursued if you have suffered in any financial, physical or psychological way as a result of a car accident that was not your fault. Whether you were a pedestrian, cyclist, motorcyclist or in another car, you could be entitled to accident compensation.
We all assume that somehow we will be able to manage our property and financial affairs throughout our lives. However, this does depend on being able to understand our various transactions and their implications. Equally, we sometimes assume that we will always be physically able, for example, to visit our bank.
