The following information aims to assist clients on the process of an application for a grant of probate to an estate, and for the collection and distribution of estate assets. The administration of a standard estate will take between 15 and 30 hours work. At a variable rate per hour in accordance with the Fee Earners hourly rate (as detailed in the Engagement Letter).

These are bad solicitors overcharge and even for emails would you believe their fee per hour is far too high i found one soon after half what brooks charge. and reception staff are not discreet babbling out peoples personal private details when answering the phone and also to people walking in to sit and wait for an appt can hear everything being said. for just a couple of letters a phone call and some emails it was over 500 inc v.a.t. rediculous and i found out off friends who had used them just how bad they were and had i known this i would never have used them in the first place. i will never ever use them again and recommend to anyone reading this review that they don.t either.
