I used their service for my lease extension. My caseworker was Yasmin who acted professionally throughout the process. She was quick to respond, and provided good advise when needed. The fees were around the average compared to other firms, not too expensive and not the cheapest one, but overall, with the level of support and care I received, I would rate it value for money.

During a lengthy and somewhat difficult conveyancing process, HPLP were the epitome of helpful, responsive, and attentive. I cannot recommend this law firm. Go somewhere else. I hired them over a year ago for a very simple case. They charged me the most money out of all the firms I contacted but pitched a good plan so I went with them. They charged me approximately 35% more than any other firm quoted me. Over a year later absolutely nothing has happened with my case, they have made zero progress, and they don't even know how to put forward an argument.

It's as if they've never practiced law before. I actually had to Google and tell them legal terms and laws to use in the argument because they didn't know. They had almost no knowledge of certain and current laws regarding my case. I had to actually research on my own and help them. I couldn't believe it. They haven't helped me or the case at all.

There was absolutely no point in hiring this law firm, they did nothing. Literally they did nothing. It's been a huge waste of money. I really wish I never hired them. It's been a total let down for me. Now I have to hire another solicitor to actually fix and finish my case.

Hannah Airey managed our property sale, she was friendly, professional and most importantly incredibly responsive. She had a collaborative approach, was flexible when we just had our baby and needed a bit of time and help organising documents and finally she agreed to complete our sale a day after their last working day before Christmas. Such a great experience, we would definitely use them again!
