This law firm that handles large Fortune 500 Corporate also helps the little person as it has won Legal Aid Society's 2010 and 2011 Pro Bono Publico Award, they assist those in need financially, because they are a caring, humane, law firm, working with both Legal Aid Society, Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts, as well as such multi-national Corporations as Facebook, Shell, Verizon.
It was founded over one hundred years ago by Felix Frankfurter who founded the ACLU and was a close friend of FDR. Some of the outstanding attorneys include ex Gov. Mario Cuomo, Joseph T. Baio. In terms of Real Estate, they have represented Forest City Ratner Co. & Bruce Ratner, as well as Macklowe Properties in its $4.6 billion bid with investor Carl Icahn to acquire Reckson Associates Realty Corp.
