Tolhurst Fisher is a great company to do business with! I recently used Dan's services and it was the most efficient service I have ever used. Being a young person purchasing a property it can be very confusing and daunting but Dan assured us through every step of the way. There were many delays through the other parties solicitor and Dan was constantly checking and ensuring everything was going as quick as it can. A special thank you to Sally, his secretary as well for getting everything ready for completion!

Dan Fielding Smith has recently represented us in a first home purchase and it was a smooth, easy experience. Dan explained everything super clearly, and was always quick to respond to my long chain of queries. the preparation Dan completed the day prior to completion meant that I picked up the keys before 11am. excellent service and friendly guy - would 100% recommend.

We've just finished the process of buying and selling property, Tolhurst fisher had been recommended to us and I'm so glad we used them. We had a few issues arise which meant they had to liaise with other solicitors, Maxine Barrett was knowledgeable and helpful which really put our minds at ease. She was so friendly and really worked hard to make sure it went through smoothly. Maxine always made time to answer our calls and explain anything we weren't sure of.

I am so glad I used the services of Dan Fielding-Smith to carry out the conveyancing for the purchase of our first house. Both Dan and his secretary provided an excellent service, friendly and always responsive with quick replies to all my queries. The sale was long and bumpy at times, through no fault of Tolhurst Fisher, but I am grateful for the service they provided during these bumps in the road, chasing the other parties and reassuring me and keeping things moving forward as well. A very professional, yet friendly and personal service. Maxine Barrett handled the conveyancing for me during my recent house move. The main thing that impressed me was the feeling that she was genuinely interested in my circumstances and was doing all she could to get me moved before Christmas, which she did! At no point did I feel like another piece of paper on a disinterested party's desk. I would highly recommend without hesitation.

The levels of incompetence and lack of professionalism at this firm are beyond belief. Such a simple service as conveyancing should not result in such stress and inconvenience for the customer. I've never seen such a simple transaction take so much time, with little or no communication and a general lack of attention.
